People swarmed like ants, walking in line, intermittently stopping to avoid bumping into one another, then stepping back to check out each of the more than 100 tattoo booths during “Dutdutan XII” this year’s edition of Tribal Gear’s annual skin art expo and music showcase held recently at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
