Anne Curtis’ lament

Anne Curtis

Anne Curtis explained how she was affected by the TV network wars while promoting her latest movie, “A Secret Affair.”

“I was frustrated with the thought that I couldn’t even say on (ABS-CBN’s) ‘Show Time’ the name of my leading man (Derek Ramsay, who recently moved to TV5). Bawal po talaga (It was prohibited). I have to respect that, especially because I’m only an employee. I just don’t want to imbibe the negativity.” Marinel R. Cruz

Jealousy among the TV network is typical Filipino immaturity…if not inferiority. Not to be proud of…

BTW…, what happened to that case involving “ILLEGAL foreign investments” in TV-5…?

Di dapat ganun. As mentioned by EREC here, what if Ramsay is news item? Would ABS-CBN use his name? Of course they would. Para fair ganito na lang. If an actor or actress of a certain tv station is a news item , all other stations will not be allowed to name them. Kalabasan nito ganito: Si ganitong actor/actress from the other station ay may bagong movie. Si ganung Actor/Actress nagtanan…

Parang blind item na lang lahat…. :)

    Only in da pilipins!

Nakaka turn off tuloy manood.

kanila.  Yan ang professionalism.  Kudos.  Tangkilik ako sa inyo.
