From among 70 entries, indie films have been selected as official entries in the Quezon City Film Festival. The three finalists are: Alvin Yapan and Alemberg Ang’s romantic-comedy “Gaydar”; John Torres’ haunting tale “Lukas Niño”; and Joel Ferrer’s coming-of-age dramedy “Hello, World.” The three films are set to premiere at the QCinema fest, scheduled by the QC Film Development Commission in the first quarter of 2013.
