Cheer Factor: Hello, friend

Controversial TV5 host Willie Revillame turned up on the set of GMA 7’s “Startalk” on Saturday to greet formerly estranged pal Joey de Leon, who was celebrating his 65th birthday.

Revillame and De Leon figured in a bitter and very public spat five years ago, and efforts at being the old chums that they used to be were mostly tentative.

De Leon’s “Startalk” irrepressible cohost Lolit Solis had to point to Revillame’s expensive birthday gift, a Rolex watch.
