Guest of honor
By Mandy NavaseroPhilippine Daily Inquirer
Dr. Edward Fereira was the guest of honor and speaker at the launch of the Alyansang Kabalikat ng mga Manggagamot sa Filipinas Foundation’s “Doctor Awards.”
Ed was the first Filipino lunar microbiologist to examine the rocks brought back from the moon by Neil Armstrong. He heads Pharmafere Laboratories, which distribute chemotherapeutic and oncological preparations from Australia, as well as other over-the-counter medications.
Highlight
A highlight of Ed’s career was when he was appointed consul general of the Republic of Kazakhstan by its president. For the quintessential manager and marketing man, success comes from hard work, determination and commitment.
