GMA 7-TV 5 talks redux


Kapuso chairman and CEO Felipe L. Gozon

After talks for the sale of GMA 7 to TV5 were terminated, the Philippine Daily Inquirer asked Kapuso chairman and CEO Felipe L. Gozon on Thursday if it was possible for the two networks to go back to the negotiation table at another time. He said: “It will be up to them (TV5)… if they submit a new proposal.” He likewise said “it wasn’t the price” that they couldn’t agree on, but “legal and commercial issues.” Bayani San Diego Jr.
