After Lloydie, Shaina eager for a new life

Shaina Magdayao has had her share of controversies and heartaches, most recently her breakup with John Lloyd Cruz. But experiences, good or bad, help her become wiser, said the young star.
“I’m looking forward to the ‘new’ Shaina. I’m learning so much about life. I’m looking forward to being more experienced,” she told reporters at the recent 14th anniversary celebration of Ystilo Salon, owned by elder sister Vina Morales.
“I’ll keep and treasure all the learnings. I’ll start moving on with my new life … I’m never bitter about life,” Shaina added.
Vina is pleased about how her sister has handled the intrigues. “A lot is said about her; I’m proud that she doesn’t talk back,” said Vina. Shaina explained that she believed in God’s purpose and plans. “He’s always beside me, and I also have supportive friends and family.”
Trip to Europe
Best thing about being single, said Shaina, is the freedom and time to do what she pleases. The star of the ABS-CBN series “Kung Ako’y Iiwan Mo” will go on a three-week European trip in November with Vina and two other sisters, Sheila and Sheryl.
“It’s my first time to travel with my sisters! We’re going to Spain, France and Italy,” Shaina enthused.
Both currently single, Vina and Shaina hope to have boyfriends in tow on their next vacation. “A romantic double date!” Vina jested. “We’re wishing!”
