MANILA, Philippines—Bulacan Governor Wilhelmino Alvarado on Thursday said that Bulacan has a resolution showing that it was one with the nation in mourning for the death of Comedy King Rodolfo “Dolphy” Quizon.
Alvarado went to public viewing of Dolphy’s remains held at Heritage Memorial Park Taguig City.
Alvarado said that Dolphy spent his youth at Wawa, Balagtas, Bulacan.
He added they would also come up with a resolution endorsing the proclamation of Dolphy as National Artist.
