MANILA, Philippines—Rodolfo “Dolphy” Quizon, whose entertainment career spanned over half a century, has died at the age of 83.

Tributes pour in for the Philippines’ King of Comedy.

If only for that, I could say you’re a sincere man endowed with a pure, kind heart. Indeed, a truly generous man can do his own share of helping his needy fellowmen without being a politician.
