Why Ruffa lost her wits

RUFFA Gutierrez

“Trashy reporting,” “disrespect” and “disgrace” were some of the words Ruffa Gutierrez posted on Twitter to describe her ordeal on the hot seat of the TV5 show “Paparazzi,” which she also cohosts—or used to, since she has also declared that “from this day on” (last Saturday), she “will no longer be part” of the show. Online news reports say Ruffa—who celebrated her birthday Sunday—was asked crude questions about her ex-boyfriends Aga Muhlach, Zoren Legaspi and Robin Padilla.

Kung titingnan mo ang mga may sinabing hindi maganda si Anabelle at si Ruffa sa ibang tao, mga reactions lang ang ginagawa nila sa mga sinabi o ginawa sa kanila.

      Hindi sila ang mga nagsimula.

Many of TV5 shows are trash. The program of Tulfo “The Yabang” Brothers banks on foul language and astig posture to entice viewers. Face to Face is manipulating poor people to come up with a show that should be aired when kids are no longer awake. Then this Paparazzi.

But with regards to Ruffa, well that’s Karma. At ngayon bigla mong pupurihin ang D Buzz. Kapal!

It is a depressing indictment on a person’s character when she is wronged and yet almost everyone says she had it coming.

Yes, it is a fault in the Filipino character – criticizing the victim instead of the perpetrators of injustice.

Whether you like Ruffa or not, offensive talaga yung ginawa nila…at the very least, parang binale wala nung show yung special occasion, which is Ruffa’s birthday. Siyempre expect ni Ruffa is a heartwarming celebration, yung full of surprises, gaya yung mga anak niya biglang lalabas tapos kakanta or sasayaw, or yung mga family members lalabas…ganun bah, gaya mga ginagawa nung ibang shows…pero ayun, kalaswaan lang ang nangyari….maybe she overreacted but I felt bad for her.

A fruit doesn’t fall too far from the tree. Anabelle ‘Boba’ Rama & Ruffa ‘Take-it Take-it’ Gutierrez what a duo!
