Vandolph thanks public for praying for his dad

MANILA, Philippines – Vandolph, the son of actor-comedian Rodoflo “Dolphy” Quizon, thanked Friday all those who have been praying for his ailing father.

“Salamat sa nagdasal at patuloy na nagdadasal para sa kanya [Thank you for those who prayed and continue to pray for him], he said in ambush interview with reporters Friday as he left Makati Medical Center where Dolphy has been confined since last week after being stricken with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

“Umo-ok ang kalagayan niya. Mabuti naman siya [His condition is okay. He is fine], he added.

Vandolph left MMC at about 2 p.m. aboard a Black Mitsubishi Montero.
