Epy Quizon denies Dolphy is dead

MANILA, Philippines—Actor Epy Quizon on Sunday denied his “Comedy King” father, Dolphy, has passed away.

Quizon told the Philippine Daily Inquirer there was no truth to rumors swirling on Twitter and Facebook that his 83-year-old father died after a lingering illness.

Quizon in March admitted that the comedy icon had been in and out of the hospital for some time now and “very weak.”  With a report from Bayani San Diego, Inquirer Entertainment

        How would you feel if it were your mother or father that people would insist had died and they would argue that your denial was due to money in the bank, inheritance, etc. Matutuwa ka ba non? Tingin mo appropriate yon?

        And they’d just tell you, “What’s wrong with you. It happened before!”

        i understand how you feel but I think this forum, since it is a PDI forum, is all about public information, and imo, that takes precedence over political correctness or personal feelings
