By:

MANILA, Philippines — President Benigno Aquino III exchanged pleasantries on Wednesday with the people behind the movie “Bourne Legacy,” including its lead star Jeremy Renner.

Renner, along with movie producers Patrick Crowley, Daniel Stillman and Filipino producer Jun Huban, paid a visit to Malacañang to meet with President Aquino.

They were all dressed in formal Barong Tagalog, except for Renner who paired his Barong Tagalog with green cargo pants.

President Aquino gave each of his guests a box filled with chocolates bearing the presidential seal.

Well, well, well it’s about time for the “Bourne”Legacy folks to call on our President.  Christoper Lee from the Fu Manchu movie in the 60′s knocked on Mayor Villegas first before entering(shooting the movie). But the “Bourne” folks entered first before knocking. Anyway,we are showing our hospitality and cooperation to make their movie successful.
Let me just ask the “Bourne” people: Will the Philippines be put on a good light from this movie?
    I hope so, is it?
