FANS’ DAY

Aga Muhlach is under-utilized by TV5

By:

QUINTO. Needs to establish her own identity.

VIVIAN Pardo, student: “Angeline Quinto is a proficient singer, but she has to establish her own identity. She has been dubbed Regine Velasquez’s sing-alike—there’s nothing wrong about that, unless she minds being somebody’s clone.

“Other singers also tried to sound like Regine, but their careers have since dimmed. And, for her stylist—does she have to look like Regine, too?”

Other notes:

Zeny Lanse, accountant: “One of show biz’s fast-rising and best newcomers is Lovi Poe. Producers like her because she seems focused on her work, regardless of the negative issues thrown her way.”

James Comedoy, businessman: “Local news channels should be commended for their round-the-clock updates on the search, retrieval and relief efforts for the victims of the killer quake that hit the Visayas. Kudos goes to the hardworking news reporters who go out of their way to deliver the latest news, some of them even reporting live during an aftershock!”

Julie Dicen, call center agent: “So much has been written about Aga Muhlach’s transfer to TV5. But, so far, only one show has been assigned to him—and it isn’t even something that requires much from Aga. Why not cast him in a teleserye, instead?

“Also, the network should do something about its erratic signal—especially in areas where people can’t afford cable TV. This is one of the reasons why some of its shows aren’t rating well.”

some of TV5′s shows are’nt rating very well ??? LOL . most if not all of TV5′s shows are’nt rating at all ! both Nielsen and Kantar ratings reports show it’s programs are lagging badly behind vs ABS CBN and GMA’s programs. its ‘best’ rating program is willie revillame’s which cannot even hit double digit rating vs TV Patrol and 24 Oras both of the shows are in the upper 20′s mark.

sa tingin ko kung hindi sa commercials ng mga companies ni Panganiban , mas malaki ang lugi ng TV5. sana binili na lang ni MVP ang GMA or ABS CBN. the philippines is too small a country to have more than 2 major TV networks…
