Actress-singer Jennifer Love Hewitt rarely talks about fitness on her Instagram page, but she recently hinted at what she’s been busy with at the gym.

In a black-and-white photo, the “Criminal Minds” star is shown wearing boxing gloves, positioned like she was doing push-ups, the camera capturing her left side.

“Two months of hard and consistent workouts and I got to meet this cute little arm muscle today,” Hewitt said of her developing deltoid muscle. “I’m excited to meet more of my muscle friends and for you to see them, too.”

The next day, she uploaded a 45-second video of her boxing training session. “It took me 39 years to find a workout I love,” wrote Hewitt, who is set to appear in the “9-1-1” series created by Ryan Murphy. “From the first time we put the gloves on, I learned real sweat, was taught to respect the journey, not the instant gratification.”

Hewitt, who starred in popular TV shows like “Party of Five” and “Ghost Whisperer,” advised her followers, “Find the thing that you just have to do because when you miss it, you don’t feel right, [the] thing that makes you believe in yourself enough to invest time every day [in] it.
