Kate Upton expecting first child with Justin Verlander

Less than a year into marriage, Kate Upton and Justin Verlander are expecting their first child.
The Sports Illustrated model, 26, made the announcement on Instagram in a picture of her wearing a red suit while on a balcony overlooking an ocean view. “#PregnantinMiami,” she captioned the photo.

The voluptuous mom-to-be received a sweet message from her 35-year-old Houston Astros husband, who is evidently excited to grow their family.
“You’re going to be the most amazing Mom!! I can’t wait to start this new journey with you! You’re the most thoughtful, loving, caring, and strong woman I’ve ever met! I’m so proud that our little one is going to be raised in this world by a woman like you! I love you so much,” he said.
The couple married in an Italian ceremony in November 2017. Rumors of them dating began in 2012, and by 2016 the two were engaged.
It’s been an eventful year for Verlander, who was part of a historic World Series win in November. He told People in a March interview, “I married my best friend, and we do everything we can to spend as much time together as possible.” JB
