Sue Ramirez thinks there is too much drama going on, so she wishes to get away from it all.

The 21-year-old Kapamilya actress is tired of the “hypocrisy” that she sees when she logs in on her social media accounts and is tempted to delete it all. Ramirez stated her wish on Twitter Tuesday.

Ramirez did not stop there. She went on to the social media site again the next day to lament: “fake news, fake articles, fake people, fake lives. This is not how social media should be used.”

Lastly, she put her foot down and had this message to detractors who criticized her looks: “sabihin man nila na panget ako, hinding hindi ko parin i-eedit ang sarili ko para lang gumanda sa paningin ng ibang tao (Even if they say that I look ugly, I will never ever edit [my photos] just so to satisfy other people).”

Several netizens reacted to Ramirez’s sentiments, with one defending her for her looks. One named J Hong (@jhoong) stated his opinion on why some people try to be fake. He said that the society they belong to do not accept them for who they really are.

Like J Hong, @MurangP said tha, while she agrees with the actress, some people may be “fake” because they seek love, affection or attention.

And Elsie Balagtas (@BalagtasElsie) complimented Ramirez on her looks, saying she was “too beautiful to be called ‘panget‘ (ugly).”

Previously, Ramirez defended herself from critics who labeled her a lesbian for her pixie cut. But this was not the first time she was labeled such, as rumors of her and Maris Racal being in a romantic relationship circulated. These were denied by both actresses.  /ra
