Have Paolo Ballesteros and Seb Castro broken up?

It seems the romance had just begun, but a cryptic social media post now hints that Paolo Ballesteros and Sebastian Castro may have already called it quits.
Castro, a social media star and actor, posted the following messages on his Instagram Stories. The first is a breakup text from a certain “Root Word” whose initials are “PB.”

Root Word/PB’s message read: “Hey good morning. I’ve been thinking for the past few days about us. I’m sorry I have to break your heart again. I’m really sorry. I don’t want you to finish your song for me and I can’t be that person. It’s too much for me I guess. I don’t know what else to say, but I’m really sorry.”
Castro then released his own statement, which said: “I have no intention of confirming or denying rumors about who I was dating. For my own peace of mind, I’ll just acknowledge it’s over.”
“I had a brief 3-month relationship. It didn’t work out. Thanks for the memories all the same,” he concluded.
Ballesteros and Castro were linked back in April 2018 when they were spotted on a trip to La Union. On April 27, Castro revealed that he received a bouquet of roses as a 2nd monthsary present.
“Happy 2nd my rootword. I love you,” the note said. Castro was mum on who the sender was.

On March 3, he shared that he received a bouquet of tulips with a note that was based on an inside joke. “Thinking of my ay AL pala,” the note said, which had a similar format as the April card.

Castro explained that “a certain someone” surprised him. “The day before, I nicknamed him ‘re’ and told him to call me ‘al.’ He asked me why. ‘Because I don’t need much, just something re-al.’”
Castro previously dated former reporter Ryan Chua for four years. He told the Philippines’ Ultimate Showbiz Hub in an exclusive interview that it had been his only serious relationship until they split on September 2017. The two were out about their romance, which he said fizzled due to Chua’s move to Beijing.
Ballesteros came out in 2017 and revealed back then that he was in a relationship with G-Force dancer Roland Ochoa Anog. JB
