Matt Evans, Andi Eigenmann star in new film ‘The Maid in London’

Matt Evans and Andi Eigenmann are teaming up for an upcoming romantic-comedy “The Maid in London.”

This would have to be the first time the two are working together in a story that revolved around the character of Margo, a young woman who wished to help out her family.

Hardships in life prompted Margo to leave the country and work in London as a domestic helper. She would then face the struggles of being an illegal alien who continues to hide from authorities in pursuit of her eagerness to uplift the life of her family.

She would leave her boyfriend Ben in the country to face the life of living alone in a far-away land.

Other cast members include Polo Ravales, Alexis Navarro, Joshua de Guzman, Janice Jurado, Rina Reyes, Tere Gonzales, Richard Manabat and Jun Nayra.

Directed by Danni H. Ugali, “The Maid in London” hits theaters starting July 4. /jpv
