LOOK: Richard Poon’s birthday greeting to ‘the most beautiful girl on the planet’

As his wife Maricar Reyes turned a year older, Richard Poon had nothing but loving words to say to her on her special day.
The crooner greeted the actress for her 37th birthday yesterday, June 2o. Poon also shared on Instagram a throwback photo of a young Reyes.
He described her as “the most beautiful girl on the planet.” He talked about her good qualities such as being a “versatile actress, co-Japan lover, chocolate and coffee addict, most gentle and supportive wife.”
“I’m proud to tell the world [you’re] mine,” he said.

Meanwhile, the birthday celebrant posted another throwback photo of herself about to blow a birthday cake. Reyes thanked everyone who greeted her and shared a story about her mom.
“My mom (not in photo) doesn’t bake, but she always made an effort to bake us a birthday cake herself,” Reyes said that though her mother just used cake mix and the cake itself was not pretty, she still cherishes the moment as “one of my best birthday memories.”
At this point, she told moms that though they may not be able to prepare the best or most expensive cake for their kids, their kids would still remember the effort dearly.
