WATCH: ‘JoshLia’ battle to be Kris Aquino’s assistant in ‘I Love You, Hater’
One is a believer while the other one is a faker. Who will get the dream job?
Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia battle it out to be Kris Aquino’s assistant in Star Cinema’s new movie “I Love You Hater”, as shown in the official trailer released Saturday, June 16.
In the movie, Zoey (Barretto) is determined to work for “digital empress” Sasha Imperial (Aquino). Her rival is Joki (Garcia), who pretends to be gay as Sasha is known for hiring only women and gay employees in her company.
As the two go head-to-head to get the dream job, will they hate each other forever? Or will their rivalry blossom into a romance?
“I Love You, Hater” serves as Aquino’s comeback movie since 2015’s “All You Need is Pag-ibig”, also produced by Star Cinema.
The new film is directed by Giselle Andres. Find out who will Aquino choose between the two as “I Love You, Hater” hits theaters July 11. JB
