Heart Evangelista suffers miscarriage

Not too long after she announced the loss of one of the twins she was carrying, Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista revealed that she unfortunately suffered miscarriage, losing her three-month old fetus.

In a lengthy post on Instagram on Wednesday, the actress shared her grief with her fans who had been part of her journey to motherhood.

“ At this week’s Doctor appointment, just as we hit the 3 month mark, we found out that her heart stopped beating,” she wrote.

“The Doctor told me that there really wasn’t anything we could’ve done, that this happens to a higher percentage of first time moms,” she added.  /vvp
