It seemed fans of popular teen actor Daniel Padilla may not be in agreement with him on certain issues.

This writer chanced upon an unofficial Facebook fan page of the teen sensation that contained an online poll about Vice President Leni Robredo supposedly spearheaded by Padilla.

Padilla, as every netizen knows, openly supported Robredo during the May 2016 presidential elections. In fact, he, together with on-screen partner and rumored girlfriend Kathryn Bernardo, campaigned for the duo of Mar Roxas and Robredo.

The 400,000 follower-strong fan page posted on May 5, 2018 the poll question “Do you trust Leni Robredo?”.

The results from the unofficial poll showed 91 percent saying no (Wala talaga as in wala) and 9 percent saying yes (Meron).

The fan page, though, does not bear a Facebook verification mark. A blue check mark indicates that the account is true and verified and is normally seen on the social media accounts of celebrities and political figures.

INQUIRER.net tried to reach out to the administrator/s of the fan page but there was no response.

However, Chi-chi Sangil, a close friend of Bernardo and Padilla, who also holds a position in the fandom of the two actors, said the account is not the actor’s and that Padilla would not spearhead such an online poll.
