Cause of Sarah G’s breakdown at Las Vegas show revealed

Despite speculations, concert producer assured the public that pop singer Sarah Geronimo’s breakdown does not have anything at all to do with boyfriend Matteo Guidicelli or her mother Divine Geronimo.
Dunesa Hesser, in a lengthy Facebook post last May 4, cleared once and for all that “Yes, Hindi po nya natapos ang isang song because it brought back memories ang song na kinanta nya. Hindi po sila nag away ni Mateo nor si mommy divine.”
The singer’s cracking voice was the reason she didn’t finish one of her signature hits “Forever’s Not Enough” but she nonetheless still delivered a show-stopping performance.
She also added that it was Geronimo’s taxing workload that made her burst but denied that the pop singer is way too professional to just walk out from a performance.
“Tao Lang po si Sarah napapagod din, she may be exhausted dahil sa sunod sunod na show but she will NEVER walk out at hindi tapusin ang show.”
Hesser also said that because of the overwhelming fuss over the unexpected drama in Geronimo’s concert, as a producer, she felt the need to speak out and clear to everyone that, “Sarah Geronimo FINISHED the show with flying colors and standing ovation pa! Hindi po sya nag walk out, tinapos po nya ang show.”
In the end, she pressed that despite Geronimo’s super stardom, she remains very humble and professional. Hesser also expressed how proud she was of the singer for achieving such massive success throughout the years.
She also called out for support for the singer who has been giving Filipinos world-class entertainment for over 15 years.
Throughout her career, Geronimo has been non-stop in singing, doing shows, concerts and movies among others.
Like any successful artist at the top of their career, her success seemed to have taken toll on her personal life. Throughout her 15 years of giving entertainment, it was the first time that the public has seen the vulnerable side of the pop princess.
As she tearfully talked about building and maintaining a “perfect” image, being a role model and having fame, she still felt “empty.”
Because of this, Geronimo quickly earned everyone’s sympathy for being a hardworking but heavily exhausted total performer.
Also, it is no secret in showbiz that her mother has always been very strict and overprotective of her and her siblings. Even then, talks about Mommy Divine having reservations on her daughter’s choice of boyfriend isn’t really new in the industry.
However in past interviews, Mrs. Geronimo reasoned out that whatever the public says about her, she was only guiding her daughter through.
Among her upcoming projects is the Filipino adaptation of the Korean film “Miss Granny” which she top-bills with Kapamilya actor and fellow Viva talent James Reid.
Geronimo’s emotional confession happened at the Las Vegas leg of her “This Is Me” concert tour. Despite her breakdown, the A-list performer still aced the show just as she always did.
