Pink on the cover of People Magazine’s ‘2018 Beautiful’ issue

When singer Pink found out that she was going to be on the cover of People Magazine’s “2018 Beautiful” issue, she just had to “laugh out loud.”

She couldn’t quite believe it, she admitted, that the editors of the magazine would want to put on the forefront of an issue devoted to “gorgeous” and “inspiring” stars.

“I immediately turned to whoever was in the room and said, ‘Did you ever think this was as good as it gets?’ I feel more beautiful (than ever) and I have decided that for the whole week that the magazine is out, no one is allowed to look me directly in my eyes,” she said in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres.

Joining her on the cover are her children—1-year-old Jameson Moon and 6-year-old Willow Sage. “I think, honestly, it was Jameson and Willow that secured that deal for me. I’m wondering if in 20 years if Jameson’s gonna be upset about his first cover. I mean, it’s pretty good,” the singer-songwriter said.—ALLAN POLICARPIO
