Angelica Panganiban, Carlo Aquino to star in new movie

Angelica Panganiban and Carlo Aquino are reuniting to star in a new movie by director Dan Villegas.
Aquino hinted at the upcoming movie by uploading a photo of himself hugging Panganiban on Instagram with the caption, “Pagkakakitaan @iamangelicap #Looktest #Happening #Walangbayad 📸 by @joshenvahnlee.”

Director Dan Villegas, whom Panganiban worked with in “That Thing Called Tadahana,” also shared a snapshot of a monitor used during looktest session. He did not mention anything else about the movie on the caption aside from “#comingsoon.”

Early in March, Panganiban and Aquino flew to Australia with friends for vacation. Prior to the trip, the two celebrities had been visible to the public. Aquino even surprised Panganiban during a book signing last Feb. 24 at Trinoma mall.
Panganiban and co-star JM de Guzman also hinted at a sequel to “That Thing Called Tadhana.”
Meanwhile, the actress teased a new love team with JC Santos through an Instagram post. She joked Aquino and De Guzman should just love each other because their fans love them so much. /ra
