Jerika Ejercito proud of her ‘body scars and giggly parts’ after giving birth

Jerika Ejercito is in no pressure to lose all the baby weight after giving birth.
The proud mother of twin boys promised herself, “This time, I decided things will be different” in a throwback Instagram post yesterday. In the photo, she flaunts her pregnant belly at the time through a silhouette shot.
“…[I] will make sure to take my time. That there is no need to bounce back,” said Ejercito, the daughter of former President and now Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada. She also promised to embrace her body at every stage of her life that produced her three young boys.
She added that her husband, Spanish triathlete Miquel Aguilar Garcia, did not seem to notice she was gaining weight. With this, she was proud to say that his love was a “strong driving force in my life.”
In a shout-out to fellow mothers, she said: “[P]lease know that [I] have high respect for those momma’s who are naturally blessed with amazing genes!”

“[B]ut this moment in my life is NOT about me, it’s not about how I lose the baby weight, it’s not how i am suppose to look,” Ejercito emphasized. Rather, she said that it was about her boys and “their need to feel loved at all times, their need for attention and their need to be nurtured.”
She admitted, though, that she went to the gym months after she gave birth. She added: “… and yes, i’ve got a lot of work to do and that’s ok.”
“[I]t took my body 9 months to grow not one but TWO healthy boys!” she said. “[I]’ve got the battle scars and giggly parts to show for! and i am sure as hell proud of it!”
Her followers lauded her for her post, saying that she serves as an inspiration to mothers out there.

Ejercito welcomed her twin sons Daniel and Michael back in January. She also has another son, Isaiah, with her previous partner actor Bernard Palanca. /ra
