Film ‘Walwal’ to feature talents of Elmo, Kiko, Jerome, Donny

Young stars Elmo Magalona, Kiko Estrada, Donny Pangilinan and Jerome Ponce are all starring in direk Joey Reyes’ upcoming film “Walwal.”

According to previous interviews, Reyes himself handpicked the actors in his first movie project for 2018.

Veteran entertainment journalist Mell Navarro has posted the details about the movie on his Facebook page on Tuesday.

“Walwal” is a youth-oriented film tackling issues about cliques and friendship of young friends.

Reyes also said that the movie is his updated “Pare Ko,” the iconic ‘90s film top-billed by then budding teen stars Mark Anthony Fernandez, Jao Mapa, Jomari Yllana, at Victor Neri.

Produced by Regal Films, “Walwal” will hit cinemas nationwide very soon. /jpv
