Geoff Eigenmann feels overwhelmed at being a first time dad

Actor Geoff Eigenmann is just overflowing with happiness now that he’s finally a dad.
He also said that while he feels he will more likely be the disciplinarian, his daughter sure knows how to melt down her dad’s heart.
“I’d like to say ako ‘yung magiging disciplinarian but looking at how things are going right now, daddy’s girl ‘yung daughter ko. Isang smile lang sa’kin, kuha na niya ‘yung puso ko kagad and I think it’s gonna be an equal job between the both of us. Meron akong mga strong points, meron din si Maya. We complement each other very well and kahit anong issue na maiharap sa’min ng anak namin eh mapagdedesisyunan namin,” he said at a recent interview with Inquirer Bandera.
Along with the joys of being a new parent comes the hardships of rearing a newborn child. The actor also showed a significant amount of weight loss and he explained why.
“Lifestyle change talaga kami ni Maya even in our diet, the first few months of handling a baby puro puyat and instead of kumain puro puyat na lang bawi sa tulog, bawi sa tulog. Definitely [I’m enjoying fatherhood] masaya talaga. Every moment with our daughter, every little thing that she does everyday even ‘yung mga simpleng mukha lang na ginagawa niya napapasaya niya talaga kami,” he added.
Eiganmann’s daughter is named Arabella Simone Eigenmann. She is the actor’s child with singer Maya or Angeli Mae Flores in real life who first shot to fame as a member of all-girl group Blush. In 2016, she signed with Star Music and was launched with singer Migz Haleco as a duo. Their album is called “Migz and Maya”. Among their notable hits is their version of “Ambon”.
Meanwhile, Eigemann currently appears in the Kapuso primetime series “Contessa.” /muf
