Actress Heart Evangelista recently spent some time with the sister of her ex-boyfriend Daniel Matsunaga.

The actress was all smiles when she joined model Vanessa Matsunaga for lunch. Evangelista wrote on her Instagram page on Thursday that they were together again after seven years.

Another photo posted by their friend Erika Tang showed them looking gorgeous as ever.
