Roxanne Barcelo, Will Devaughn split up after 4 years

Roxanne Barcelo confirmed that she and Will Devaughn had broken up after a relationship of four and a half years.
“Four years kami. Four and a half. It was the best relationship I’ve ever been in, and he is the best man I’ve ever met, but at some point, we fell apart,” the Fil-Am actress said.
Bandera reports that Barcelo broke the news to reporters during a press conference for “Wildflower.” She said they parted ways in December 2017 but didn’t reveal the exact cause.
“It’s little things na nagpapatong-patong, na hindi mo na lang mapapansin (It’s little things that built up and that you didn’t notice),” she explained.
“Hindi kami nagbi-blame ng isa’t isa…It was more of, admittedly, we both have our pagkukulang sa isa’t isa. We could have done better.” (We aren’t blaming each other. It was more of, admittedly, we both have our shortcomings in dealing with each other.)
However, Barcelo said they were “best friends until now.”
“So if you see us out, it’s not because we’re still romantic with each other, but we’re really going back to the friendship.”

On her birthday last Jan. 20, the Fil-German model and actor posted a heartfelt greeting for her on Instagram.
“You are the most amazing soul I have ever encountered… I am cheering you on, even if it’s just from the sidelines. Love you forever Anna,” he wrote.
On a possible reconciliation, Barcelo said, ”You never know. Ayoko tuldokan (I don’t want to make it final), but at the same time I really want to focus on making myself happy and whole, by myself muna.”
She also admitted she has suitors, but “is not ready to commit… I’m taking in love, but I cannot give love yet.”
The two starred in movies together such as “Siargao” and their self-produced film “I Found My Heart in Sta. Fe.”
While promoting their film in September 2017, Devaughn said he hoped to propose to Barcelo in Santa Fe Island in Cebu “once I get myself to be where I need to be.” Niña V. Guno /ra
