LOOK: ‘Glee’ actress Lea Michele fangirls over Lea Salonga

Lea Salonga found another celebrity fan in no less than Hollywood actress Lea Michele.

On Twitter, Michele posted a photo with Salonga after the latter’s Broadway performance in the revived “Once on This Island.”

“I’ve been a fan of @MsLeaSalonga since I was a little girl.. so incredible seeing her today,” the “Glee” actress gushed.

Salonga shared the love and replied, “Thank you for joining us, Lea! It’s not often I meet a namesake, so today was very special! Big fan of yours, too!”

Both Leas are known for their powerful vocals and acting prowess, with Michele stepping into Broadway in 1995 when she was only 8 as part of “Les Miserables.” Salonga played Fantine in 2007 for the Broadway revival and was part of the 10th and 25th-anniversary concerts.

Other celebrities who have viewed the show, where Salonga plays Goddess of Love Erzulie, include Michele’s fellow “Glee” alum Darren Criss, Tina Fey, Neil Patrick Harris and Tyra Banks.

Local celebrities Maja Salvador, Kakai Bautista and Salonga’s former love team partner Aga Muhlach also supported the play when they vacationed in New York. /ra
