Ex-‘Fear Factor’ star joins health camp

Chef Jose Sarasola, former “Pinoy Fear Factor” contestant, shared healthy recipes at the kickoff of Golden Fiesta’s Heart Healthy Camp in Nuvali, Laguna.

The chef-actor showed participants how to prepare simple, heart-friendly meals. The free-admission camp was attended by fitness enthusiasts and yuppies.

The Healthy Camp will proceed to Track 30th at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig on Nov. 26, and Eton Centris Walk in Quezon City on Dec. 3. Visit Golden Fiesta’s Facebook page for details.
