FEATURED STORIES

Trouble in an otherwise normal family begins when Rod (Agoncillo) loses his job as a bank manager. This forces his wife Mia (Santos), who gave up a promising career in sales for her family, to step up. As Mia’s insurance job blossoms, Rod is forced to take care of the house and two kids, especially after their trusted housekeeper goes on an emergency leave.

Trapped at home, Rod befriends their next-door neighbor named Aida (Domingo) who is a kept woman. As the friendship develops, Mia feels suspicious. When Rod decides to try his luck in Canada, he is surprised to know that Mia would willingly give up her work and prepare for the family to move elsewhere. At the same time, Rod makes Aida realize that she, too, has to take a hold of her life and work on her own.

“This is a reunion of sorts with Direk Joey,” said Santos of Reyes, who also directed her and Agoncillo in “Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo.”
