Anna Faris: Jennifer Lawrence apologized for cheating rumors with Chris Pratt

Anna Faris and husband Chris Pratt separated in August after eight years of marriage to the dismay of the couple’s fans.
Pratt’s co-star in “Passengers,” Jennifer Lawrence, was one of the casualties in their separation, with fans pointing fingers at the Oscar-winning actress.

Faris recently released her memoir “Unqualified,” a blunt account of the actress’ personal life.
She doesn’t mince on details, including this uncomfortable episode during her marriage, reports Us Weekly.
“Jennifer and I really are friendly, and she was apologetic even though she didn’t need to be, because she hadn’t done anything wrong,” shared the “House Bunny” actress.
“She’s awesome, but of course it’s hurtful and also embarrassing when people are saying your husband is cheating on you, even if it’s patently untrue. You still feel, and look, like a fool.”
“I didn’t think it would bother me”

Faris revealed that she had been warned by her publicist about the possible rumors.
“Even before they met in person, my publicist, out of the blue, pulled me aside and said, ‘Anna, listen, there are going to be paparazzi all over them,’” she said.
“’There are going to be shots of them laughing together on their way to set. There are going to be stories circulating, and you have to brace yourself for this.’”
“I didn’t think it would bother me,” said Faris, who is used to her husband getting cozy with beautiful actresses.
But somehow the rumors with Lawrence affected her, and she “felt shitty,” to Pratt’s confusion.
“I’d always taken pride in our relationship, and the coverage, even though it was just false rumors, was making me feel insecure,” she said.
Chris Pratt’s jealous moment
While Pratt and Chris Evans are buddies, there was a time when he was wary of his wife’s co-star in the 2011 romcom “What’s Your Number.”
“[Chris] was never overt about it but he would bring up my kissing scenes with Chris Evans casually. ‘So, when do you have to do that love scene with Evans?’ he’d ask. It was thinly veiled, but very sweet,” she said.
