Fashion plans of your favorite celebrities for Star Magic Ball 2017

The most-anticipated annual gathering of the biggest and brightest stars in local show business is drawing near. Star Magic Ball 2017 will be staged on Sept. 30 at the Makati Shangri-La, and everyone is on the look out as to who will fashionably reign supreme.
These past few weeks, ball proposals of celebrities have gone viral. The public is eager to know how the stars are preparing for the much-anticipated ball. So here’s a quick look at how your favorite stars are planning their styles:
Liza Soberano was undoubtedly last year’s queen of the night. She won the Best Dressed award, thanks to her stunning Michael Cinco gown. But this year, she’s toning down a little bit as she dons a ready-to-wear gown. Her designer is yet to be revealed.
Last year, Julia Barretto also wore a gorgeous Michael Cinco creation. This year, she is wearing a Mark Bumgarner masterpiece as she walks on the red carpet with her date, on-screen partner Joshua Garcia.
Another beauty, Kristine Hermosa, may not be too active in her showbiz career as she used to, but she’s still in the loop of Star Magic’s activities. The original Yna Macaspac from the phenomenal Kapamilya teleserye “Pangako Sa’yo” is going to the ball in her Edwin Tan gown.
Meanwhile, fashionista Kathryn Bernardo will be wearing the creation of Patricia Santos of Bride and Breakfast.
The dashing Piolo Pascual may be tight-lipped as to who he plans to bring to the ball, but one thing’s for sure: he will wear something designed by Jerome Lorico.
Sam Milby will be in a Francis Libiran creation. Just recently, rumors of his break-up with Filipino-British model girlfriend Mari Jasmine surfaced. However, such rumors were dispelled as the couple was proven to still be together.
Apart from Soberano, last year’s Best Dressed awardee Zanjoe Marudo will be donning a Gucci suit for this year’s ball.
It looks like ex-couple Daniel Matsunaga and Erich Gonzales will see each other at the ball as they have both confirmed to participate in it. Matsunaga will wear a Francis Libiran suit while Gonzales will be styled by Kim and Boop Yap.
John Lloyd Cruz also confirmed to join the ball. But aside from his rumored girlfriend-date Ellen Adarna, the actor will be seen in a Maison Margiela attire.
