I feel his presence all the time,” said young actress Sue Anna Ramirez, who figured in a car accident last month but came out of it unscathed. She was convinced that her guardian angel was there to save her.

By guardian angel, Sue meant his American dad, Peter James Dodd, who passed away four years ago.

“I miss him every day. I know he’s always beside me. I feel secure knowing he’s just around,” Sue told the Inquirer, while also recalling the time her car got hit by a truck. “I was driving. My assistant and I were on our way to ABS-CBN for ‘ASAP.’ The truck smashed into the driver’s side of the car. The window was open. The side mirror and shattered glass went inside the car. I got cuts and bruises only. I truly felt I was shielded from it all.”

Sue decided not to file a case against the driver. “Accidents happen. There’s no point in holding grudges. We’re both safe anyway, and he apologized.”

The 20-year-old actress is convinced that her dad also had something to do with the big breaks she had been receiving lately, like her participation in the drama series, “All of Me,” “Pangako sa ’Yo,” “Dolce Amore” and the reality show “I Can Do That.”

She’s also a regular cast member of “La Luna Sangre” and is busy filming Prime Cruz’s horror flick, “The Debutantes.” Then, she will topbill “4 of a Kind: The Un4gettable Concert” with Kristel Fulgar, Loisa Andalio and Maris Racal at the Music Museum on July 8.
