WATCH: ‘Spider-Man’ actor Tom Holland lip-syncs Rihanna hit

“Spider-Man: Homecoming” actor Tom Holland discarded his superhero suit to mimic Rihanna’s choreography for her breakout single “Umbrella” in the US show “Lip Sync Battle.”

During his hot performance on Monday, Holland showed his prudent footwork while dancing to Gene Kelly’s “Singin’ in the Rain.” But he startled the audience when he transformed not into the web-slinging hero but into the pop star as he aped her seductive moves.

Holland’s impersonation was so hilarious that his movie co-star and episode adversary, Zendaya, literally dropped on the floor in a fit of hysteria.

Zendaya, for her part, selected Bruno Mars’ “24k Magic” as her weapon against Holland’s spot-on impersonation.

In line for the episode, host Chrissy Teigen and her hubby, John Legend, re-created the famous upside-down kiss of Kirsten Dunst and Tobey Maguire for “Spider-Man” back in 2002.

Holland will dangle around his villains as Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Zendaya will serve as his on-screen love interest. Other actors who will appear in the film are Michael Keaton, Donald Glover, Jon Favreau, Bokeem Woodbine, Marisa Tomei and DJ Khaled.

“Spider-Man: Homecoming” will swing to Philippine theaters this July.  Gianna Francesca Catolico /ra
