WATCH: New Gundam Build Fighters series in development
Sunrise began teasing fans of Gundam Build Fighters when a video started streaming on its official YouTube channel, related to a new project in the works.
This upcoming show is currently titled Gundam Build _Extra Battle Project.
The teaser summarized the different shows currently under the Gundam Build Fighters franchise, which includes “Gundam Build Fighters”, “Gundam Build Fighters Try” and “Gundam Build Fighters Try Island Wars”.
Gundam Build Fighters is an anime series that focuses on having Gundam plastic model kits or “Gunpla” do battle in a virtual game. In this game, builders and their customized Gunpla do battle tournament style which has become a world-wide sensation in the anime’s reality.
With this official announcement of a new project, fans of the series will have something to look forward to in the coming months. Alfred Bayle/JB
