Angel Locsin, Neil Arce could be into something ‘extra special’
Angel Locsin’s 32nd birthday was showered with love from her family and friends, but the Kapamilya beauty seemed to be extra happy on her special day.
Last April 23, her close friends surprised her with a birthday party. Film producer and close friend Neil Arce was also present at the event.
In a video uploaded by the actress on Instagram, she was surprised to see friends gathered for her, as she was accompanied by Arce who even handed her a bouquet of flowers.

In Arce’s recent Instagram post greeting the actress a happy birthday, he thanked her for “7 years of friendship” and indeed, he’s “excited to see what’s next.”
