It’s hard to imagine the characters of “13 Reasons Why,” “Marvel’s Iron Fist,” “3%” and “Sense8” coming together and coexisting in harmony.

After all, would Danny Rand (Finn Jones of “Marvel’s Iron Fist”) be comfortable rubbing elbows with Will Gorski (Brian J. Smith) and Lito Rodriguez (the smoldering Miguel Angel Silvestre) of “Sense8,” or Rafael Moreira (Rodolfo Valente) and Joana Coelho (Vaneza Oliveira) of “3%”?

Moreover, it wouldn’t be unlikely for orphaned billionaire Danny to channel his chi to ward off the negativity and gloomy vibe collectively generated by Liberty High’s angsty teens, Jessica Davis, Tony Padilla and dreamy Justin Foley (Alisha Boe, Christian Navarro and Brandon Flynn of “13 Reasons Why,” respectively).

FEATURED STORIES

Lately, however, Netflix has been making the improbable possible.

True, these Netflix characters would probably have a hard time “jelling,” but not the actors portraying them—as this Instagram post by Miguel Angel (center, foreground) happily demonstrates.

The photo shows (clockwise, from left) “13 Reasons Why’s” Alisha, Christian and Brandon, “Sense8’s” Brian, “3%’s” Vaneza and Rodolfo, “Sense8’s” Miguel Angel, and “Iron Fist’s” Finn happily socializing with one another during Netflix’s Comic Con Experience promo tour (#CCXPTour) in Recife, Brazil early this week. It’s a bracing parallel reality made in Netflix heaven!—RITO ASILO
