‘Baywatch’ reboot releases new official trailer
A fresh official trailer for the comedy-action film reboot of the 1990s television series “Baywatch” has been unleashed, ahead of the feature’s debut in cinemas in May.
The movie, which stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as Mitch Buchannon, a character popularized by David Hasselhoff in the original film, as well as Zac Efron playing Matt Brody, a former Olympian, is hired to uplift the public image of the team’s brand.
Indian actress Priyanka Chopra also stars as the film’s sultry female villain, with the cast rounded out by Alex Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach, Jon Bass and Ilfenesh Hadera and guest appearances from original “Baywatch” stars Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson.
“Baywatch” is scheduled to arrive in theaters on May 26. JB
