“Ghost in the Shell”, possibly one of the most highly debated movie adaptations for 2017, has gotten one of its trailers the Steve Aoki remix treatment.

The new trailer features Ghost in the Shell’s classic intro theme, created by Japanese composer Kenji Kawai, but with an electro beat twist provided by the Grammy-nominated DJ.

This is then tied up with a montage of scenes from the movie which includes gun fights, fist fights and some explosions.

But apparently, many fans are not too pleased with the outcome, including longtime rival DJ Deadmau5.
