Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr reunite in the recording studio

Beatles Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr have reunited to work on new music together reports Billboard.

The pair came together on Sunday, February 19, at Starr’s home studio where McCartney was contributing to the ex-Beatle drummer’s next album.

Starr posted a photo of the two together on Twitter with the caption: “Thanks for coming over and playing. Great bass. I love you man, peace and love.”

They were also joined by The Eagles’ Joe Walsh, with Starr also tweeting: “And look out, Joe W came out to play. What a day I’m having. Peace and love.”

The ex-Beatles last worked together on Starr’s 2010 album “Y Not” with McCartney playing bass on the song “Peace Dream” and providing vocals for “Walk With You”. JB
