As 86 contestants battled it out at the recent Miss Universe pageant, Scarlet Snow Belo, the daughter of Vicky Belo and Hayden Kho, threw her support for the Philippine representative, Maxine Medina, by attending a private viewing party dressed in a pink terno—her “national costume.”
