In this Instagram post for her 58.5 million followers, the pop superstar, with her fiancé Liam Hemsworth, dropped by the Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, California, last Dec. 30 to visit sick children (“Queen Warrior,” she calls one of them) and spread some holiday cheer.
