What is your most memorable holiday season? How do you intend to celebrate Christmas this year?

Christmas is always about the family. My happiest was the first time I celebrated the holidays as a mother, after I gave birth to my son, Luis [Manzano] in 1981.

The saddest Christmas was after my father (Amado) passed away over two decades ago. My dad died on Nov. 6, just three days after my birthday (Nov. 3).

This year, I’ll make sure to spend the holidays with my loved ones, of course! —BAYANI SAN DIEGO JR.
