Topnotch exec berates giddy groupies

Well, Topnotch Exec didn’t reach that level of global success by being a doormat.

TE was extra solicitous and courteous in front of the media. TE even scored points by being charming and witty during a posh gathering.

Away from the public eye, however, TE showed a mean streak. After a high-profile event, TE and another World-renowned Celebrity were accosted by autograph seekers and snapshot hunters at the hotel lobby.

TE went straight ahead, as if wearing blinders. WC, however, stopped and cheerfully accommodated the fans.

TE went ballistic and scolded the groupies: “WC has no time for this!”

Party pooper, much?

Newbie meets oldie

Not a few grizzled observers raised their brows upon seeing Closeted Hunk’s newest companion.

These days, Starry-eyed Wannabe, a product of a reality tilt, is the constant escort of CH all over town.

CH can always claim to be SW’s mentor.

That CH is merely showing SW the ropes. As an industry neophyte, CH likewise learned from the best teachers, including Flamboyant Personality.

Now that CH is no longer as young and innocent as before—it’s time to give back and share precious lessons with newbies, too.

Ganern.

Longtime companion

While Colorful Luminary was busy with work, Handsome Insider was waiting patiently backstage, away from prying eyes.

Stunned Spy bumped into HI, who didn’t try to hide and proudly inquired about CL. Without skipping a beat, SS told HI that CL had already called it a day and was ready to go home.

Whether they are friends or secret lovers, one thing’s for certain: CL has found a loyal partner in HI.

CL and HI have been together for over a decade now.

HI was already there long before fame came knocking on CL’s door.

Comparing notes

Surely, stranger things have happened in Showtown…

Pugnacious Thespian was spotted chatting with Talented Entertainer recently.

Nope, fur didn’t fly.

From all indications, it looked like a friendly conversation—even though they share something in common.

PT was the ex-flame of TE’s present partner, Seasoned Celeb.

Hmmm…

Maybe PT and TE were merely comparing… notes!

Homewrecker, heartbreaker

From the Inquirer tabloid Bandera:

Speaking of SC’s exes. Veteran Bombshell hasn’t had much luck with love of late.

Although devastating, VB’s latest heartbreak didn’t discourage her a bit. Curiously, VB is still hoping against hope that she will reconcile with Former Sweetheart.

Alas, FS is no longer interested in a return engagement.

FS is merely trying to be civil with VB, in light of their common bond and responsibility.

A mole insists that FS is VB’s punishment for past sins. After all, VB broke not a few hearts (and homes) in her heyday.

Top of the tabloids

This week’s top show biz news in the Inquirer tabloid Bandera (and why we are moved, if we are moved):

Angeline Quinto on her relationship with Erik Santos: Nag-usap kami tungkol sa pagbuo ng pamilya! (Huwow!)

Bea Alonzo at Gerald Anderson sa Singapore nag-Undas para iwas intriga. (Apparently intrigue followed them there.)

“Doble Kara” ni Julia Montes reynang-reyna pa rin sa rating. (Sino ang hari?)

Rosanna Roces pinahihirapan ng pekeng boobs. Kailangang tanggalin na ’yung silicon! (Ouch!)

Daniel Padilla babalik na sa pag-aaral; pero di raw iiwan ang show biz. (Good boy.)

Paulo Avelino on marriage: Para sa akin kasi, hindi na kailangan ng papel o singsing! (But what about your future wife?
