LOOK: Fake-goateed Bieber fails to go incognito in Amsterdam

To shield themselves from wild fans, celebrities tend to disguise themselves and live a “normal” life. But when Justin Bieber did so, his “failed” cover-up still managed to get the attention of bystanders and commuters who recognized him.

The “Sorry” singer thought of disguising as a rugged man while strolling in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Despite pairing his fake mustache and goatee with a shaggy wig, his plan hilariously failed when people started filming him on the streets, and their snaps and clips flared up on the internet.

In a video by TMZ, Bieber, 22, was spotted playing football on the sidewalk before purchasing hot coffee from a nearby shop.

His disguise was so unkempt that a fan even recognized and took a selfie with him.

In this video posted on Bieber’s Brazilian fan page, the pop star asked a motorist if his disguise looked real or not. “Hey, does this look real?” he asked.

Bieber was in the city for his “Purpose” world tour in Europe. He received backfire from “Beliebers” for his rude behavior and use of vulgar words, Mirror reported. Strictly after his show in Norway, he snubbed several fans who waited patiently to take a selfie with him with the words, “You suck.” He was also attacked by a singer in a bar in Munich, Germany, last September.  Gianna Francesca Catolico
