Former Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 Big Winner Myrtle Sarrosa says she’s content and fulfilled being single at the moment. In her August 17 guesting on ShowbizLIVE, the Inquirer Group’s first online entertainment talk show, the 21-year-old singer and actress said, “Masaya na ‘ko mag-isa, wala kasi masyado nagpaparamdam.

Sarrosa, who is also an academic achiever, being a candidate for cum laude on her last semester at the University of the Philippines College of Mass Communication, has set high ideals for a good partner, and apparently she won’t settle down if she doesn’t find him.

“Yung gusto ko sa mga lalaki, ung pag-kausap mo they could hold a conversation.

Nonetheless, the costume play (cosplay) queen said she has had not so good experiences in the past that actually helped her in her creative process–experiences that had positive effects on her craft, giving her the inspiration to write her songs based on her real emotions.

“Yung inspiration ko, kaya nagawa yung album, are all my personal life experiences. When you’re singing a song na ikaw mismo yung nagsulat, mas nabibigyan mo siya ng emotion, mas ramdam mo siya at mas alam mo yung meaning behind the song,” she said.

ShowbizLIVE can be viewed every Wednesday at 8 p.m.-9 p.m. on Radyo Inquirer, Inquirer 990 Television and on Inquirer.net website, Facebook, YouTube and Periscope.
